Unlinke the previous year July 4th long weekend when I went on Pacific Coast Hwy Drive with my friend Mr.Cool, this time I opted to stay in Sin City doing nothing ;-). My roomies took the option of going to SFO from Sin City via LA by the way of Pacific Coast. Since I am a veteran of Pacific Coast this time around, I was content providing the directions and good beaches on Pacific Coast to them.
This long weekend I stayed in Sin City and did nothing on first day literally stayed at home all day watched the non stop comedy on television. Second day just went on a stroll on LV Blvd famously known as The Strip. Man, I like the strip more when it is crowded. It took me two hours to drive from one end of the strip to the other and come back. Fed up with the heavy traffice, preferred to walk by parking my car in one of the parking lots of a casino. Went to some of the famous casino's like The Wynn and The Encore. These are really awesome casinos with rich crowds and some fancy red coloured decorations. By the time I returned from the stroll it was 2.30 AM in the morning and couldn't do much but sleep. Earlier that night watched some fireworks around the city, this is mostly on outskirts. Since I am on the tenth floor of the residence Inn, it gave me the luxury of watching the fire works around 1/2 of the cities outskirts.
On the last day of the weekend went on a shopping spree to the LV Outlet center and was happy to find the prices on the occassion of July 4th weekend. Bought some good number of clothes and while shopping when I signed on the bill receipts I received compliments for my signature from two different store keepers. One of them said my signature was very fancy and the other lady told that it was more like the signature of an hollywood actor or a Doctor. I wish I was atleast one of those. he..he. As you all know, we should keep dreaming Big, who knows one day.!!???
